Our Customer Services will send you back via email a RETURN FORM pre-filled for you.
STEP 2 – Prepare the goods and the box
Prepare the BOX with the items that you wish to return or exchange.
Please remember that returned or exchanged items must be in a new and unused/unworn condition, returned in the original packaging, with original labels and a copy of the receipt.
You can use the same box that we sent you with the goods.

STEP 3 – Shipping
Once you are ready (items new and unused/unworn condition, returned in the original packaging, with original labels and a copy of the receipt, box is closed, correctly labelled with the shipping address, look for the nearest courier services and send it at your expense.

If you have request a RETURN
When all the above conditions have been fulfilled, we will reimburse you the total purchase price of goods returned.
Please note that refunds can only be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase. The refund process can take 10-14 days from receipt of your goods, depending upon the credit card used for payment. Refunds normally show within two account statements. We cannot refund postal charges or make cash refunds.
Should a returned item have been used, an amount equal to the reduction in value of the item will be deducted, as will general expenses and shipping costs.
If all the conditions listed in the “General Conditions Of Sale” have not been fulfilled or, if it is the case that we must apply a reduction to the value, you will be informed. You will then be given the opportunity to have the item(s) returned to you.
If this is the case, any additional shipping costs incurred in returning items to you, will be borne by you. If you do not accept the return of these items, we reserve the right to withhold some items and their relative value.
If you have request an EXCHANGE
A replacement will be sent, if available, on the next working day, following receipt of your returned item.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with any of the items you have received because they are damaged, we will either refund you in full (including the postage and packing you were charged), or send you replacement copies, if they are available and you request them. We must receive the item(s) back from you within 28 days of delivery and in the same condition that you received them. We must also receive the items back before we send replacements to you, if that’s what you’ve requested.
If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part, you will be completely refunded or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer. Please note that when you place your order, a label is automatically generated from the address you type into your account details, so you are responsible for getting this right. If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot refund the postage costs.If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us. In this instance, there is a Freepost address (for BG customers) that we can give you when you contact us.If we forget to send you part of your order, we will send it to you free of charge.
If items are not delivered because you gave us incorrect information, or because your Post Office was unable to deliver the package because there was no-one to receive it and/or no-one came to collect it from the sorting office, you will be refunded for the cost of the items, but not for the postage and packing. We can re-send the items, but you will have to pay the P&P charge again.
